Sasha is a registered physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience. She has studied and worked in South Africa for over a decade in both public and private sectors, with much of her career being spent working in Paediatrics and with those who present with neurological conditions. She has relocated to New Zealand and is excited to bring her expertise to The Kids Place. Sasha has a special passion for play-based therapy, helping children build skills and confidence in a fun, engaging manner. As a mum of two young children who keep her busy, she is aware of the various challenges and how they can have an impact on a child’s home and school life. This understanding allows her to combine personal and professional knowledge with a genuine empathy for family journeys and a value for building strong relationships with tamariki and their whānau.
